Wonjo Buanjip is a meat restaurant inspired by Buan, Jeolla-do, which is our mom’s hometown. I would like to share stories about difficulties and experiences I underwent in practice from the perspective of a businessman with store owners who understand the structure of a franchise and can work together. We started the Original Wonjo Buanjip with the mind of creating a brand that is operated for a long time even after decades.
